Gogo Business Aviation made a splash at the 2024 NBAA-Business Aviation Convention & Exposition with the arrival of its Gogo Galileo mobile experience. This state-of-the-art mobile demonstration is equipped with the two antennas that power Gogo Galileo, the more compact HDX and the larger, best-in-class FDX, along with the AVANCE LRUs that are the heart of the system. It was designed to give business aviation professionals the opportunity to “test fly” the high-speed, Low-Earth-Orbit (LEO) satellite connectivity for themselves.
At NBAA, attendees at the static display were able to experience first-hand what it’s like to harness the speed, low latency and reliability of today’s LEO satellite Wi-Fi. Many chose to immediately connect to YouTube while others successfully conducted FaceTime calls. The majority of attendees agreed; the Wi-Fi was fast and the experience was as good or better than they expected.
If you missed the Gogo Galileo mobile demo room at NBAA or would like to provide an opportunity for your colleagues or customers to experience it for themselves, Gogo Galileo is touring the United States and likely will be coming to a city near you with more than 30 stops between now and early March. To ensure you’ll have a spot when it’s nearby, RSVP for an exclusive in-person demonstration.
Over the course of the NBAA conference, Gogo had two major press releases announcing big things ahead.
No one takes care of their customers like Gogo does. There are others in the industry, but they still don't compare to the overall performance and customer satisfaction that Gogo provides.
We find the reliability incredibly good. With Gogo, we don't miss a call. We don't miss an email. And we're always able to contact those that we need to at any moment.
We're excited to be an STC partner with Gogo in the installation of Gogo Galileo, which is going to revolutionize business aviation connectivity, leveraging the already proven track record of service and reliability that has been built up in the ATG world and now connecting to LEO satellites.
By any measurement, this year’s NBAA was a success. From the attendance at our two educational seminars (recap blog coming soon) to meetings at our booth coupled with the excitement for our Gogo Galileo demos, we thank you for your continued support as we break barriers in this new frontier of global inflight connectivity.
