You are eligible for a $25,000 rebate when upgrading to the AVANCE L3, or a $50,000 rebate when upgrading to the AVANCE L5 or AVANCE LX5. You are also eligible for a $25,000 rebate when upgrading to the AVANCE SCS with the Gogo Galileo HDX antenna.
For customers interested in provisioning for AVANCE LX5 now, you can upgrade to AVANCE L5 with MB13 antennas and receive an additional $30,000 rebate. Then, when AVANCE LX5 is available, you will receive an LX5 box swap at no additional charge.
* All tech transformation promotional rebates are in support of Gogo's LTE network transition, being completed in connection with Gogo's participation in the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Reimbursement Program.
A: Yes. Any customer with an ATG 1000/2000/4000/5000/8000 may take part in this promotion.
A: Our Tech Transformation promotion applies to current Classic ATG customers upgrading to an AVANCE SCS with a Gogo Galileo HDX antenna. Upon activation, customers will receive a $25,000 rebate on a complete Gogo Galileo system (AVANCE SCS plus Gogo Galileo HDX antenna). Equipment must be shipped, installed, and activated by December 31, 2025 and customers must return their Classic ATG hardware to Gogo to be eligible for the rebate.
A: Our Tech Transformation promotion can apply to current Classic ATG customers upgrading to an AVANCE LX5 system on your aircraft. Customers choosing AVANCE LX5 have two options.
You can receive a $50,000 rebate on AVANCE LX5 once it’s available - you will receive the rebate after installation and activation.
You can provision for AVANCE LX5 immediately by installing an AVANCE L5 ($50,000 rebate) and MB13 antennas ($30,000 rebate) prior to 5G entry into service. Then, you will receive an LX5 box swap at no additional charge once available. The LRU swap and 5G service activation must be completed by December 31, 2025.

A: Our Tech Transformation promotion is for current Classic ATG customers installing an AVANCE L3 and AVANCE L5 system on their aircraft. You will receive a $25,000 rebate for an AVANCE L3 or a $50,000 rebate for an AVANCE L5 from Gogo upon installation, activation and a completed SSA. Equipment must be shipped, installed, and activated by December 31, 2025.
Once we receive the form, Gogo Sales Operations or a Regional Sales Manager will reach out to confirm your promotion eligibility.
A: The Tech Transformation promotion runs through December 31, 2025. If you choose to provision your aircraft with AVANCE L5 and MB13 antennas to receive the MB13 $30,000 bonus rebate, this offer expires at the time of 5G entry into service.
A: When a rebate is due, our Accounting team will pay out the rebate based on the information provided in your promo registration form. The payment will then be processed via check. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing after you’ve met all the qualifications detailed above. If Accounting is unable to process the rebate payment via check, the amount will be credited to the monthly service account for the aircraft that completed the upgrade.
A: No. You must purchase the AVANCE L3, L5, LX5 or SCS system and return your aircraft’s current Classic ATG system to participate in the promo and receive your rebate. If choosing to provision your aircraft for Gogo 5G with AVANCE L5 and MB13 antennas, you will be able to exchange your L5 system for a no-charge LX5 system.
A: Yes! Our Ready To Fly is available for new customers, and our First To Fly promo is for existing AVANCE customers. Our Tech Transformation promotion is a loyalty program intended for customers with a Classic ATG system.
A: Yes. As long as you return the currently installed ATG LRU to Gogo and meet the additional requirements of the promotion, you will receive a full rebate.
A: Yes. If you're receiving a multi-aircraft discount, you are still eligible for this promotion. However, customers with a service pricing agreement (fleet program) are not eligible for this promotion. If you have a fleet program, we’d like to create an upgrade plan that best meets your needs; please contact your Gogo Key Account Manager for details.
A: Your account must be in good standing to qualify for the promotion. If your account has a past due balance on your monthly service account, the past due balance must be paid in full before you will qualify for the promotion.
