• We have hundreds of Gogo-certified technicians who represent more than 10,000 Gogo hardware installs. Our dealers know us, and we know our dealers. That means, you can trust that whichever Gogo-authorized dealer you choose, you’re getting knowledgeable and reliable service on your aircraft. 
• Each dealer has a dedicated Gogo account manager to serve as a resource for technical support, to keep them informed about the latest product changes, and ensure your dealer knows as much about your Gogo hardware as we do.
• Gogo hosts an annual Dealer Advisory Council (DAC) where we receive direct feedback that dealers hear from you, our customer, and we apply that to our future product and service developments to ensure we’re meeting, and exceeding, your IFEC needs.
